BUILDING SERVICE WORKERS - $14.00 per hour:
The Building Service Worker’s (BSW) main responsibility is to maintain a clean, healthful and safe environment for patients, visitors and hospital personnel. Duties encompass using aseptic techniques with the objective of maintaining a healthy, clean and safe environment.
The BSW is primarily responsible for cleaning, detailing and sanitizing patient rooms and critical care areas, nursery, labor and delivery, operating room and emergency room etc. Terminal cleaning may also be required.
Additional duties:
High dusting
Empty, clean, and reline trash can
Damp wipe furniture, surfaces, and ledges
Spot walls, doors, and glass
Clean counters, sinks, and bathrooms
Dust mop and vacuum carpet
Wet mop
Visual inspection
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - $15.65 per hour:
The Customer Service Representative’s main responsibility is to work remotely on assignment for a local hospital call center.
Candidate must have/must be:
Computer and internet access to work from home
Experienced in the medical field of customer service answering multiple phone lines and redirecting them.
Prior experience in call center setting preferred. Training schedule Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm
Regular schedule TBD after training.
PARKING SERVICE AGENT - $14.00 per hour:
The Parking Service Agent’s main responsibility is to ensure all University, City and County parking rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
Additional responsibilities include:
Responsible for parking enforcement activities, which include assurance that all University, City and County parking rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed. Violations are to be responded to with written citations.
Patrol parking lots and structures to verify parking assignments and compliance with rules regulations, policies, and procedures. Violations are to be responded to with written citations.
Document patrol activities which are suspicious in nature or pose a threat to safety. Situations which pose danger should be reported to the designated supervisor immediately.
Maintain records of citations written on abandoned vehicles and all other incidents which were handled by the incumbent during the shift.
Perform tasks related to answering telephones, data entry and retrieval tasks, and dispatching information to appropriate parties. The responsibility will provide information about citations issued, enforcement rules, parking status of users, inquiries for directions/transportation/and motorist assistance. This also includes license plate data lookups and relaying other information from department staff and management. All incoming calls and other relevant information dispatched must be documented.
As directed, assist with traffic control.
As designated, be responsible for parking enforcement radio equipment and other equipment necessary to perform enforcement activities.
Provide various customer service activities by providing parking customers with direction and escort service to and from vehicles.
As directed, assist with meter collections and various collections of fees.
Responsible for notifying the appropriate manager of significant or recurring problems in parking.
